Mojave Nat. Reserve

A break on our morning hike.

A friend that we can upon on the trail.  We chased him for five minutes and finally he lost. All had a good look and then we set him free.

Above is the entrance to Mitchell Caverns located in the Reserve..

The boys were turned into tour guide helpers. Here is one of the hundreds of the stalactites in the cave. This is a spectacular pair of caves to visit.  Well worth the 90 minute tour.

Hear is a picture of the cave where the stalagmites and stalactites have gotten so long that they have grown together.

To keep cool in camp we have a water fight, in witch even the parents take part in.
